Ask for Christine and tell her you are with the BFA so you will get the group room rate. The hospitality room will be opened for us at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2016.
Special activity on Friday will be the setting of a tombstone in a cemetery in Pocassett, Oklahoma; and Saturday, the celebration of Alvenia Nimmo’s 98th birthday at our annual group dinner at 5 pm at Montana Mike’s Steakhouse where we can have separate tickets for dinner.
Story telling, business meeting and gift exchange will be in the hospitality room following dinner.
If you want a t-shirt, contact Betty West at deltabet@hal-pc.org with your size and to make arrangements for payment of $15.00 per shirt/annual pin included.
Annual dues of $25.00 are due on or before December 1, 2015.
Membership cards for current members will be mailed January 1, 2016.
